3. Digital Products
Delivery
Digital products (such as PDF guides, templates, or course access) are delivered electronically upon confirmed payment. Delivery is typically immediate or within a short processing window.
No refunds on digital products
Due to the nature of digital downloads and instant access, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Personal use only
Digital products are licensed for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce our products or their content without written permission.
4. Web Design Services
Project agreements
All client work is governed by a signed project agreement or proposal. Work does not begin until a contract is signed and any required deposit is received.
Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or project cancellation, as specified in your contract.
Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is stated in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Client responsibilities
Timely delivery of content, feedback, and approvals is essential to keeping your project on schedule. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline and are not the responsibility of Nathalie H Studio.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of final payment, you receive full ownership of the final website design as delivered. Nathalie H Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and on social media for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Courses and Kajabi Platform
Access to courses or membership content purchased through Kajabi is governed by these terms as well as Kajabi's own platform terms. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and may not be shared or transferred.
6. Limitation of Liability
Nathalie H Studio provides services and products to the best of our professional ability. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or client growth as a result of our web design or digital products.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any service or product is limited to the amount paid for that specific service or product.
We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services, products, or website.
